We only accept payments via credit card at this time. You can make payments through our secure online payment portal, or by phoning our office during business hours.
Doceo is designed to help you through every different stage of your practice’s business lifecycle. You can subscribe to any Doceo plans at any time, which means you can easily switch plans or even subscribe to multiple plans at the same time.
You can continue with your current Doceo subscription, or enhance your practice’s growth by progressing to the next membership tier.
Doceo is currently designed specifically for Australian based medical practices. Many of the resources are applicable to practices in other countries, however compliance is only regulated for Australian laws and guidelines at this time.
Doceo doesn’t lock you in to contracts, however subscriptions and resources do have minimum fee costs which must be reached through your monthly payment plan or paid out upon termination.
Your subscription includes a number of resources and services to help you establish your practice. Doceo also has a library of optional resources and events which may incur additional fees, such as our professional and printing services which are charged separately to your practice setup costs.
Doceo is primarily a self-directed tool, but you are not alone. The Doceo team is always available to assist for a fee, or even manage your practice setup for you if you need an extra hand.
A new practice can be established in 3-6 months, but usually takes 4-12+ months depending on type of practice and larger processes such as website development and building requirements.
